Mark L. Koors

Mark Koors, 48, was named the vice president of audit and compliance in February 2010. He had been the director of treasury management since June 2008.

Koors spent the previous 14 years as a leader in the company's Financial Service Center. From 1992 to 1994, he was the accounting manager in the cable television division. He spent his first two years at Scripps in the internal audit department after two years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

He graduated from Northern Kentucky University and is a certified public accountant who serves as a member of the Association of Financial Professionals and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Koors has been a volunteer with the American Heart Association for many years, is on the board of directors of the Northern Kentucky Swim League, is a national USA Swimming official, and is a member of the US Track and Field Association.
