Robin A. Davis

Robin Davis, 43, is vice president of strategic planning and development for The E.W. Scripps Company.

Prior to assuming this position, Robin served as the newspaper division’s vice president of finance and administration since 2006. She joined Scripps in 2005 as the newspaper division’s controller.

Before joining Scripps, she was the vice president and CFO of Pulitzer Newspapers in St. Louis, where she was responsible for finance and human resources, and oversaw the operation of two newspapers. She was also responsible for the execution of more than 20 acquisitions and/or dispositions.

Robin worked for three years as manager of financial reporting for Sigma Aldrich Corporation prior to joining Pulitzer. From 1991 to 1995, she was in the St. Louis office of the accounting firm Deloitte and Touche.

A certified public accountant, Robin holds a BSBA in accounting from Saint Louis University. She is a board member of the Inland Press Association and the Inland Press Foundation. Robin is a past board member of the International FOP Association.
