Scripps Networks Interactive information available at New York Stock Exchange

CINCINNATI – As previously announced, Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. (NYSE: SNI) was authorized to list its common shares, par value $0.01 per share on the New York Stock Exchange on June 12, 2008 and began trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol SNI effective with the opening of trading on July 1, 2008. The listing requirements of the NYSE require that Scripps Networks Interactive disclose that additional information is available upon which the NYSE relied to list Scripps Networks Interactive common shares, and is included in the Scripps Networks Interactive listing application filed with the NYSE. Such information is available to the public upon request.
