Scripps Networks Interactive files Form 10-Q

CINCINNATI – Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. (NYSE: SNI) filed its second quarter 2008 Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, August 14, 2008. The results reported in the filing include stand-alone financial statements for Scripps Networks Interactive that are separate from those of The E.W. Scripps Company, from which Scripps Networks Interactive separated on July 1, 2008. The E.W. Scripps Company filed its Form 10-Q, on Monday, Aug. 11.
